Continued Public Hearing of

Others Present: Town Planner Noreen O’Toole
Administrative Assistant Barbara Ferguson
Chairman Philip Lindquist explained to applicant Mark Ridder that Vice Chairman Gerard LeBlanc was unable to be present due to illness, and Mr. Ridder opted to continue the hearing rather than proceed with only four members as Mr. LeBlanc, under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, would be unable to participate in any future hearing sessions due to his absence.
Motion to continue the public hearing for StoneBridge Commons to February 4, 2004 @ 8:00 p.m.: David Nagle
